How Vero Beach Mold Pros works
We are a referral service for mold inspection and remediation in Indian River County, Florida.
When you send a request, we pass it to an independent mold professional who is licensed in Florida and serves your area. That professional contacts you, visits the property and gives you the quote. You deal with them directly for pricing, reports and the work itself.
There is no charge to you for the referral. Professionals pay us for the introduction, and that does not change the price they quote you.
Florida keeps mold assessment and mold remediation separate on purpose. In general, the company that assesses your home should not also remove the mold in it within 12 months. We keep that in mind when we pass requests along: a request for an inspection goes to an assessor, and a request for removal goes to a remediator. You are free to ask each licensee how the rule applies to your job.
What we do not do
